Hapag-Lloyd offers you the service to submit your Shipping Instructions electronically with simple and easy to use PDF documents.
These ‘electronic-advanced Shipping Instructions’ (eaSI) are prefilled with booking data and can be edited with the freely available Adobe Reader.

Registered Online Business customers can directly download eaSI forms from the Hapag-Lloyd website (eaSI online).

Alternatively, you can register to automatically receive the eaSI forms via email (eaSI mail).
