South East Asia - Australia Loop 2 Service (SEA)  

  • There will be no sailing in week 32.
  • IKARIA 428S phase out at SIN in week 29, phase out rotation TPP-SIN. AU exports ex TPP transfer to COSTA RICA EXPRESS 428S in SIN.
  • Positions swap between Santa Vanessa 429S and Costa Rica Express 428S.
  • Costa Rica Express 428S phase in at SIN in week 30 to replace IKARIA.

South East Asia - Australia Loop 3 Service (S2A)

North America Westcoast - New Zealand/Australia (WSN)

Australia - New Zealand via Panama (ANP)

  • ANP service will return to transiting the Panama Canal effective mid-May. 
  • The service will re-instate the standard rotation (single loop): USPHL-USCHS-PCN-PABLB-NVTRG-AUSYD-AUMEL-NZPOE-NZTRG-PCN-MXZLO-PACTB-COCTG
  • First vessel will be Maersk Inverness 419S to transit via Panama on the southbound leg.

Dangerous Goods restriction on our VIS Service to Ho Chi Minh, VN

From July 1, 2024, Dangerous Goods (DG) will be prohibited for discharge at Cat Lai (Chi Minh Terminal Matchcode CATLAI 2). If you're shipping with our VIS service, please note that DG cargo with port of discharge in Ho Chi Minh (CATLAI 2) will therefore not be processed. Alternatively you can choose from the following routes via Vung Tau, VN and arrange barging at other inland container depots:

  • SPITC port (MC SPITC 001): 9 km far from Cat Lai.
  • Tan Cang Hiep Phuoc (MC TCHP 001): 22 km far from Cat Lai.
  • Phuoc Long 3 (MC ICDPHU 002): 13 km far from Cat Lai.
  • Binh Duong port (MC BINHDU 006): 22 km far from Cat Lai.
  • Dong Nai port (MC ICDDON 001): 22 km far from Cat Lai.

Booking Cancellation Fee in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan

QQ Spot Bookings in Mainland China and Hong Kong and Taiwan:

Quick Quotes (QQ) and Other Bookings (non QQ/QQS) in Mainland China and Hong Kong and Taiwan:

  • Booking cancellation fee is applicable to bookings cancelled, reduced, or no-show within 10 calendar days prior to the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) of the first intended vessel destined to all trades excluding Intra Asia (Short Sea).
  • For the Intra Asia (Short Sea) trade, the booking cancellation fee will not be applicable.

  • For Intra Asia trade (Short Sea), booking cancellation fee will not be applicable.

Booking window update for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan

The booking window is based on the timeline stated in the following tables for main services and feeder services. The booking window calculation is according to the date when the booking was received until the vessel's departure from the port. Bookings received from the effective date should follow the booking window logic. Bookings outside the booking window will regretfully be cancelled.
